Nawe Zifunze designs every program to meet the real challenges faced by disabled persons in our community. Through hands-on training and compassionate support, we build dignity, independence, and economic sustainability.
Members are trained in the full lifecycle of poultry management—from brooding day-old chicks to managing egg-laying cycles—delivering food security and local income.
Our studio teaches industrial sewing techniques, pattern cutting, and garment construction—enabling members to produce clothing, school uniforms, and household textiles.
Our members produce intricate beadwork reflecting our rich local heritage—a portable, high-value skill that connects artists to markets beyond Mzingazi Village.
We host specialized literacy classes for children with motor skill development support, and ‘Life Skills’ training for adults—including financial literacy and basic business management.
When you support Nawe Zifunze, you help transform hardship into skill, confidence, and income. Every contribution helps us reach more disabled persons in KwaZulu-Natal.
